Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings will not be accepted without payment confirmation.
2. Each booking slot is allocated 1 hour
3. We cannot add extras on during your experience, eg: coffee. These can be purchased from our takeaway counter after your
dine-in experience.
4. We cannot make changes to the banquet, eg: extra allergens. This is our current list of allergens that our banquet accommodates:

5. Our banquets are created with seasonal produce, this means we may change dishes week to week.
6. Our spaces are incredibly limited therefore we highly recommend booking well in advance. We cannot block out dates, you will be contacted if the time you have chosen is unavailable.
7. We cannot take bookings within 3 hours of the allocated time.
8. We are currently open for dine-in at the following times:
12pm – 2:00pm (bookings of 4-10 only) & 5pm – 7:00pm
9. Elixiba Experiences are nonrefundable for change of mind purchases, although the company will work toward a positive solution with the customer in such instances.
10. Elixiba Experiences are valid for 12 months from purchase date.
11. Elixiba reserves the right to deny or cancel bookings should extraordinary circumstances present. In such a case, a full refund will be issued.
12. Elixiba reserves the right to change terms and conditions without notice, In such cases, the company will work toward a positive solution with any customers who are affected by this.
13. Children are welcomed though they will be required to purchase a seat as they are counted as a full person during this time.
14. Bookings are sold in pairs, we cannot accept odd numbers at this time.
15. Buying an experience as a GIFT. Please purchase the experience under the name of the gift receiver or attach the receiver’s name in the notes.
